Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá konceptem celkové odměny ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem práce je posouzení systémů odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku a navržení vhodných doporučení směrem k této organizaci. První část práce obsahuje teoretický základ konceptu celkového odměňování a je zpracována metodou literární rešerše a komparace zdrojů, respektive názorů autorů zabývajících se touto problematikou. Druhá část práce je praktického charakteru a obsahuje vlastní výzkum – popis konceptu celkového odměňování ve vybrané organizaci na základě vlastního pozorování a studia interních materiálů, představení výsledků z provedeného kvantitativního a kvalitativního šetření a následnou diskuzi výsledků. Pro tuto práci byly sestaveny hypotézy, které na základě provedeného zkoumání ukázaly, že většina zaměstnanců svou mzdu považuje za spravedlivou, ví, jaké zaměstnanecké výhody organizace nabízí, účastní se nabízeného vzdělávání, styl vedení nadřízeného je vyhovující, celková pracovní spokojenost je u většiny zaměstnanců vysoká a pro respondenty (zaměstnance) je nejvíce motivační výše mzdy. Zkoumaná organizace má prostor pro zlepšení zejména v oblasti navýšení transparentní komunikace, rozšíření zaměstnaneckých výhod a sjednocení stylu vedení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the concept of total remuneration in the selected organization. The aim of the thesis is to assess the remuneration and motivation systems of employees in the selected company and to propose appropriate recommendations towards this organization. The first part of the thesis contains the theoretical basis of the concept of total remuneration and is processed by the method of literary research and comparison of sources, respectively the opinions of authors dealing with this issue. The second part of the thesis is of a practical nature and contains own research – a description of the concept of total remuneration in the selected organization based on own observation and study of internal materials, presentation of the results of the quantitative and qualitative investigation and subsequent discussion of the results. Hypotheses were drawn up for this work, which, based on the research, showed that the majority of employees consider their salary to be fair, they know what employee benefits the organization offers, they participate in the training offered, the superior's leadership style is satisfactory, and the majority of employees are generally satisfied with their job high, and for the respondents (employees) the salary is the most motivating factor. The investigated organization has a space for an improvement, especially in the area of transparent communication increasing, employee benefits expanding and leadership style unifying.
