Práce se věnuje rozboru dvou vybraných investičních nástrojů, které svým charakterem nabízí příležitost pro vytváření pravidelného příjmu. Thesis focuses on the analysis of two financial instruments that are suitable for generating a regular income. An aim of the diploma thesis is a comparison of possibility of achieving sufficient level of passive income that has been set as a half of the value of the future minimum wage.
