The Phenomenon of the Mimicry in the Nature and its Analogy in the Human World

Abstract:

Anotace Diplomová práce Fenomén mimikry v přírodě a jeho analogie v lidském světě interpretuje vnější vzhled živočichů a nachází k němu souvislosti v našem, lidském světě. Ukazuje dva protilehlé konce vývoje, přesto propojené. Svět člověka a vesmír hmyzu. Postupuje od obecností ke konkrétním jevům a faktům. Opírá se a vychází především z estetiky Rogera Cailloise. Přes debaty o mytologii, užitečnosti či nahodilosti mimetických jevů, antropomorfismu a významy živočišných povrchů a kreseb přechází plynule ke třem typům živočišného mimetismu dle Cailloise - travestii, kamufláži a odstrašování. Z nich znovu představuje analogie v lidském světě, pro potvrzení faktu, že člověk a příroda jsou součást jednoho vesmíru, a tak podléhají témže zákonům. Jinými slovy, pod pojítkem mimetických jevů se pokusíme obsáhnout estetiku mnohem šiřší, než – li uznávané systémy. Estetiku, založenou na jednom společném nadřazeném základu zvaném příroda.

Abstract:

Annotation Graduation thesis The phenomenon of the mimicry in the nature and its analogy in the human world interprets the external appearance of the animals and finds connection between the animal and human world. The study presents the two opposite but interconnected ends of evolution. The world of a man and the world of insects. It proceeds from the commonness to the concrete features and facts. It`s based especially on the aesthetics of Roger Cailloise. It goes continuously through disputes about the mythology, utility or incidentalness of the mimetic features, anthropomorphism and sense of the animal face and drawings to the three types of animal mimetisme according to Cailloise – exode, coverture and deterrence. Then it again shows analogy in the human world to affirm that a man and a nature belong to the same world and are subject to the same laws. In other words we will try to include wider aesthetics than the declared systems. The aesthetics based on the superior common principle called the nature.
