Svobodný software a jeho využití v českém prostředí

Free software and its usage in Czech environment
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá zákonem č. 121/2000 Sb., o právu autorském, o právech souvisejících s právem autorským a o změně některých zákonů a to v oblasti softwaru. V užším významu se zaměřuje na autorská práva k softwaru, jeho licencím a možnostem šíření. V práci se analyzuje míra využití svobodného softwaru v českém prostředí.
Abstract:
This paper deals with the Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on copyright, rights related to copyright and amending certain laws and in software. In the narrow sense focuses on software copyright, licensing and the possibility of the spread. The paper analyzes the utilization rate of free software in the Czech environment.
