V diplomovej práci sa zaoberám dvoma mladými komunitami v Nitre, ktoré sa vo svojom voľnom čase venujú amatérskemu divadlu a organizácii kultúrnych podujatí. Skúmam, čo pre členov komunity v súčasnosti znamenajú a aké hodnoty pre nich predstavujú, ako aj dostupné kultúrne príležitosti a inštitucionálnu podporu, ktorú pre ich činnosť dostávajú.
