Psychological analysis of the personality of sports manager
Abstract:
V teoretické části se zabývám pojmy jako management, sportovní manažer, osobnost manažera. V praktické části použiji dvě metody měření. První metoda je pomocí dotazníku SPARO a druhá metoda je pomocí testu temperamentu od Belova. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, jak se liší sportovní manažeři celkově od běžné populace a sportovní manažeři od sportovních manažerek v určitých vlastnostech.
Abstract:
In the theoretical part I deal with basic terms such as management, sports manager, personality of manager. In the practical part I´ll use two methods of measuring. The first method is by the form SPARO and the second method by Belovs test for temperament. Result of the work is finding out how differ sports manager from common population and from sports manageress in specific atributes.
