Bureaucratic organization and its alternatives. The case of governmental and non-governmental organizations in the field of senior service.

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá předmětem byrokratické organizace, její kritikou a možnostmi jejího alternativního řešení. Je členěna do dvou tematických bloků, přičemž první z nich se věnuje představení teoretických alternativních i byrokratických konceptů a druhý se zabývá analýzou konkrétní alternativní a byrokratické organizace. Teoretická pasáž, věnovaná diskusi jednotlivých teoretických konceptů, vrcholí tvorbou pracovních modelů byrokratické i alternativní organizace. Tyto modely slouží k demonstraci základních prvků „ideální“ alternativní a byrokratické organizace. V navazujícím, analytickém bloku jsou představené teoretické koncepty zkonfrontovány s charakteristikou konkrétní státní a nestátní instituce. Tato část se věnuje nejenom implementaci teoretických poznatků na zvolené instituce, ale i zhodnocení míry jejich podobnosti k vytvořenému pracovnímu modelu. Její součástí je i vzájemná komparace analyzovaných institucí. V závěru je přistoupeno ke shrnutí získaných poznatků.

Abstract:

This work deals with the subject of bureaucratic organization, its criticism and the possibilities of its alternative solutions. The project is divided into two thematic blocks, when first of them applies showing theoretical alternative and bureaucratic concepts and the second one engages in the analyse of concrete alternative and bureaucratic organization. Theoretical passage, presenting dispute of different theoretical concepts, culmintates with creation of working models, in which are recaptured alternative and bureaucratic elements of organization. In continuing analytical block are theoretical concepts confronted with particular governmental and non-governmental institution. That blocks are not concerned only to the implementation of theoretical knowledge, but also to evaluation of measure similarity of analyse institution to the created working models of ideal alternative and bureaucratic organization. In conclusion are summarized all acquired information
