Diplomová práce se zabývá minerální skladbou vybraných psích a lidských ledvinových konkrementů a jejich strukturami. Osm vzorků je tvořeno whewelitem, weddellitem či apatitem v různých poměrech. Většina z těchto konkrementů má shodnou strukturu s psími konkrementy popisovanými v klasifikaci strukturních typů autorů Domingo – Neumann et al. (2001). Abstract:
A mineral composition of dog`s and human kidney stones and its texture is investigated in the thesis. Eight specimens include whewellite, weddellite and apatite in a varying ratios. Most of the investigated kidney stones have the same texture like the dog`s concrements described in a study from Domingo – Neumann et al. (2001).
