The understanding of the concetp of happiness and personal happiness for women and men

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma ?Chápání pojmu štěstí a osobního štěstí u žen a u mužů? se zaměřuje na rozdíly mezi faktory, které přispívají k pocitu štěstí u žen a faktory, které ovlivňují prožívaní štěstí a životní spokojenost u mužů. Zaměřuje se na zjištění, zda muži a spojují štěstí s úspěchem v zaměstnání, zda se ženy cítí nejvíce spokojeny v rodině, zda je možné, aby partneři trávili volnočasové aktivity samostatně, aniž by to ovlivnilo pocit jejich spokojenosti. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vysvětlení základních pojmů jako je štěstí a šťastný život. Snaží se vymezit základní komponenty, které ovlivňují kvalitu života a předestírá možné definice štěstí a životní spokojenosti. Dále se zaměřuje na vysvětlení pojmu gender a rozdělení genderových rolí mužů a žen. V další části jsou nastíněny kulturní, biologické a psychické rozdíly mezi mužem a ženou, je definován partnerský vztah jsou zde nastíněny faktory štěstí u žen a u mužů. Empirická část zahrnuje průzkum zaměřený na zodpovězení otázek, týkajících se zjištění faktorů, které ovlivňují štěstí a osobní spokojenost žen a mužů starších dvaceti let, a na zjištění rozdílu vnímání těchto faktorů u obou pohlaví.

Abstract:

The thesis "The Understanding of Happiness and Personal Happiness by Women and Men" focuses on the differences between the factors which contribute to the feeling of happiness perceived by both women and men. It asks the question whether men link happiness to success at work, whether women feel the happiest when being with their family and whether partners can spend their free time separately without their feeling of satisfaction being affected. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the basic terms, such as "happiness" and "happy life". It aims to define the basic components which influence the quality of life. Also, it outlines the possible definitions of happiness and life satisfaction. Then it explains the term "gender" and "gender roles of men and women". The next part of the thesis presents the cultural, biological and mental differences between men and women and the factors which influence their happiness. The empirical part includes a survey which tries to find the answers to what influences happiness and personal satisfaction of women and men aged 20 years and older and to find the differences in perception of these factors at both genders.
