Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na založení kavárny s vlastní cukrářskou výrobou ve Vyškově. Teoretická část obsahuje obecnou problematiku spojenou s podnikatelskou činností. Dále jsou v teoretické části popsány potřebné obsahové prvky a analýzy, které tvoří podnikatelský plán. Praktická část se zabývá sestavením podnikatelského plánu na základě struktury uvedené v teoretické části včetně aplikací strategických analýz, na které dále navazuje marketingový plán, variantní finanční plán a plán realizace. V závěru práce je uvedena analýza rizik a finální shrnutí a vyhodnocení podnikatelského plánu.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the business plan for an implementation of a cafe with its own confectionery production in Vyškov. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part contains general issues related to business activity. This part also describes the necessary content elements and analyzes which forms the business plan. Practical part deals with the compilation of a business plan based on the structure presented in the theoretical part, including the application of strategic analyses, which are followed by a marketing plan, a variant financial plan and an implementation plan. At the end of the practical part is an analysis of risks and the final summary of the described project business plan.
