Food market for a specific market segment

Abstract:

Tato práce se primárně zabývá vymezením veganů, jakožto cílové skupiny určitých podnikatelů. Nejprve je popsána tržní segmentace z obecného hlediska, dále je pak práce zaměřena na popis veganů jak z psychologického, tak i demografického hlediska. Jsou zde podrobně popsány postoje veganů, rozšířené o popis důvodů a skutečností, jež k nim vedou. Dále je zde provedena analýza trhu v České republice a popsána nabídka a poptávka zboží i služeb, jež jsou vhodné pro vegany.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is primarily concerned with the definition of vegans in terms of a target group for certain entrepreneurs. First of all, there is a market segmentation described in general terms. This thesis is then focused on the description of vegans from both psychological and demographic points of view. Furthermore, there are also described the attitudes of vegans in detail extended to describe the reasons and the facts which lead to these attitudes. I have also carried out an analysis of the market in the Czech Republic and described the supply and the demand of goods and services that are suitable for vegans.
