Cílem bakalářské práce je ověřit a popsat jednoduchý postup přípravy fluorescenčních sond fluoresceinu a eosinu Y. Dále připravit fluorescein zatavený v pevné matrici z kyseliny borité a na základě provedených experimentů určit pravděpodobný mechanismus deaktivace. V druhé části práce je popsáno stanovení aeskuletinu (derivátu kumarinu) v biologických vzorcích pomocí fluorescenční spektrometrie. Limit …more
Abstract:
The aim of the work is describe preparation of fluorescent probes fluorescein and eosin Y. It is also described preparation of fluorescein in solid boric acid matrix in this work. From experiments included in this thesis is suggested probable mechanism of deactivation.
