Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá obecnými charakteristikami vlákniny a popisem metod stanovení vlákniny. Práce se rovněž věnuje tématice řas a zaměřuje se na vybrané druhy sladkovodních řas, u nichž byla stanovena vláknina. Abstract:
The theoretical part of the thesis deals with general characteristics of fiber and with description of methods to determine fiber. The thesis subsequently concerns in chosen species of freshwater algae determined to contain fiber.
