Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice poskytování dávek osobám se zdravotním postižením. V teoretické části pojednává o systému pomoci zdravotně postiženým osobám před sociální reformou a po sociální reformě od 1. 1. 2012. The main topic of my Bachelor Thesis is problematic of providing social benefits to handicapped people. The theoretical part has a two parts. The first one is focused on system of help provided to handicapped people before the Social Reform of January 1st 2012.
