Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje simulačnímu modelování malého stavebního podniku. Cílem je zjistit maximální výrobní kapacitu podniku a odhalit úzká místa výrobního procesu. This thesis is focused on the simulation model of a small construction business. Our goal is to determine the maximal production capacity of the company and to discover the bottlenecks in the production process.
