Evaluation of the benefit of the construction of new cabins in the Lodin campsite in the Czech Republic

Abstract:
This master thesis proposes a plan for building new cabins in the camp Lodín and evaluates the financial feasibility of this investment. The main objective is to calculate the Return on Investment (ROI) and Payback Period indicator and forecast the potential increase in revenues and occupancy rate that could result from the construction of the new cabins.
