Tato práce se věnuje molekulárním mechanismům vzniku rezistence k retinoidům. První část práce obsahuje obecný úvod do problematiky, který zahrnuje působení retinoidů v organismu. Další část je zaměřena na rezistenci k retinoidům, a to jak na primární, tak na sekundární typ rezistence. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on molecular mechanisms of retinoid resistance. The first part of thesis contains a general introduction, which includes the effect of retinoids in the organism. The second part is focused on retinoid resistance, both primary and secondary type.
