Abstract:
Kaveolin-1 je plazmatický membránový protein a je hlavní složkou kaveolů. Kaveolin-1 je asociován s mnoha nádorovými procesy jako je buněčná transformace, růst nádoru, buněčná migrace a metastázování nebo rezistence k léčivům. Caveolin-1 is a plasma membrane protein and it´s the main structural component of caveolae. Caveolin-1 is associated with multiple cancer processes including cellular transformation, tumor growth, cell migration and metastasis or multidrug resistance.
