Establishing a restaurant

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou podnikání ve sféře gastronomie. Hlavním cílem je sestavení podnikatelského záměru a jeho vyhodnocení. Jedna část se zabývá pojmem podnikání, proč lidé do něj vstupují, jaká jsou rizika, a hodnotí podnikání pomocí finančních ukazatelů. Dále obsahuje strukturu podnikatelského záměru a popis jeho detailů, popis projektu, s vymezením jeho hlavních cílů a zdrojů. V dalším textu se věnuje deskripci struktury potenciálních zákazníků, jejich segmentaci a následnému výběru cílové skupiny, marketingu a způsobu propagace produktu. Podobně je analyzován nový způsob reklamy ve spolupráci se slevovým portálem, současně s dopadem na finanční efektivitu projektu a výpočet ukazatelů NPV a IRR ve dvou variantách.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the business in the field of gastronomy. The main objective is to build a business plan and its evaluation. One part deals with the concept of business, why people enter it, what are the risks, and evaluates the business using financial ratios. It also includes the structure of the business plan and a description of its details, a description of the project, defining its main objectives and resources. The following text is devoted to the description of the structure of potential customers, their segmentation and subsequent selection of target groups, marketing and product promotion methods. Similarly, it analyzes the new way of advertising in cooperation with the discount portal, together with the impact of the financial efficiency of the project and the calculation of indicators NPV and IRR in two variants.
