Abstract:
Před samotným založením podniku je nutné sestavit zakladatelský plán, který řeší, co vyrábět nebo jaké služby poskytovat. Měl by obsahovat cíl podnikání, specifikaci trhu, oblast podnikání, právní formu a organizační strukturu.
