Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací produkce rekombinant-ního rusticyaninu v bioreaktoru a jeho následnou purifikací. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with optimizing the production of recombi-nant rusticyanin in bioreactor and its subsequent purification. The theoretical part focuses on the characterization of this periplasmic protein, including its involvement in the electron transport chain of the chemolithotrophic bacterium Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans.
