Cieľom diplomovej práce je popísať a analyzovať jednotlivé návrhy na nové usporiadanie bankového a finančného dohľadu v eurozóne. V úvodnej časti práce sa zameriavame na vznik a vývoj dohľadu nad bankovým a finančným sektorom, druhá časť práce pojednáva o najzákladnejších rizikách na finančnom trhu.
