Abstract:
Annotation At their work describe participant punishable activity their discretions and duties, more closely disassemble their built in judicial done and predsudnom done. Remember too contravene youthful and activity before sole judge. Are they this two different activity and their in court proceedings wherein. In fine express one's looking at person, juristic in punishable just.
Abstract:
Anotácia Vo svojej práci opisujem účastníkov trestného konania ich práva a povinnosti, bližšie rozoberám ich postavenie v súdnom konaní a predsúdnom konaní. Spomínam aj konanie proti mladistvým a konanie pred samosudcom. Sú to dva rozdielné konania a ich účastníci v ňom. V závere vyjadrujem svoj názor na účastníkov konania v trestnom práve.
