Táto práca je venovaná výrobe a jej riadeniu, zaoberá sa managementom a riadením ako špecifickej časti managementu, popisuje jednotlivé úlohy managementu a metódy zavádzania zmien do výroby. Teoretické poznatky sú následne porovnávané s konkrétnnymi krokmi zavádzania opatrení smerujúcich k zlepšeniu výkonnosti v reálnej firme.
