In the context of this thesis were prepared thin films of SnS2 and SnS materials by method spin coating using organostannane polysulfide [2,6-(Me2NCH2)2C6H3]2Sn2S7, organostannylene sulfide [({2,6-(Me2NCH2)2C6H3}Sn)2(ě-S)] and organostannylene phenylthiolate {[2,6-(Me2NCH2)2C6H3]SnS(Ph)}.
