Revision of the protective areas of the Vráž spa

Abstract:

Rašelina představuje opomíjený přírodní léčivý zdroj. Ochranná pásma ložisek rašeliny jsou klíčovým nástrojem pro preventivní ochranu kvality rašeliny. Práce se zaměřuje na proces navržení ochranných pásem z hlediska jejich prostorového vymezení v okolí ložiska peloidu lázní Vráž. V prvním kroku byly shromážděny a analyzovány dostupné zprávy o ložisku. Následně byly kriticky vyhodnoceny požadavky kladené právními normami na způsob stanovení ochranných pásem přírodních léčivých zdrojů. Na základě analyzovaných informací a limitů byly v mapových podkladech stanoveny hranice ochranných pásem I. a II. stupně, které byly ověřeny terénním průzkumem. Výsledkem práce je definování hranic ochranných pásem. V závěru jsou uvedeny další kroky nutné pro stanovení dalších náležitostí ochranných pásem a jsou diskutovány problémy, které vyplývají ze stanoveného procesu tvorby ochranných pásem.

Abstract:

Peat represents a neglected natural healing source. Protective zones of peat deposits are the key instruments for a preventive protection of the peat quality. This thesis focuses on the process of protective zones proposals in terms of their spatial delimitation in the vicinity of the Vráž peloid spa deposit. In the first step, accessible reports regarding the deposit were collected and observed. Subsequently, the requirements demanded by the legal norms for the determination of protective zones of natural medicinal resources were evaluated critically. On the basis of analysed information and limits, the borders of protective zones I and II were set in the map. These have been verified by the field research. The result of this thesis is defining the boundaries of the protection zones. In conclusion some more steps needed to identify additional features of the protection zones and the problems that arise from the established process of protective zone creation are discussed.
