Práce se zabývá vývojem přístupu k problematice ochrany obyvatelstva. Jsou v ní detailněji popsány jednotlivá období ochrany obyvatelstva. Na základě získaných informací a dat z těchto období je vytvořena tabulka veškerých a zobecněných hrozeb a v každém období je stanoveno, jaké hrozby byly ochranou obyvatelstva vnímány. The work deals with the development of the approach to the issue of civil protection. It describes in more detail the individual periods of civil protection. Based on the obtained information and data from these periods, a table of all and generalized threats is created and in each period it is determined which threats were perceived by the civil protection.
