The basic issues of property rights

Abstract:

The objective of this thesis is to examine the institution of of property right, its execution, restriction and protection. The work applies to the provisions of the commercial contract from the Commercial Code into practice. The main idea is to examine the institution of the property right and analysis of one of its acqusition with emphasis on the commercial contracts under the Commercial Code. Concept of thesis has been devided into four chapters. In the first two chapters- theoretical, the ownership has been examined not only in its entirety but also its individual parts and connections linked with it. In the third chapter the method of analysis is being used and finally the fourth chapter concludes the analysis, evaluetes and summarizes the conclusions along with recommendations for business practice.

Abstract:

Cieľom práce je skúmanie právneho inštitútu vlastníckeho práva, jeho výkon, obmedzenie a ochranu. Práca aplikuje ustanovenia Obchodného zákonníka o kúpnej zmluve do praxe. Hlavnou myšlienkou práce je skúmanie právneho inštitútu vlastníckeho práva a analýza jedného zo spôsobov jeho nadobúdania s dôrazom na kúpnu zmluvu podľa Obchodného zákonníka. Koncepcia bakalárskej práce pozostáva zo štyroch kapitol. V prvých dvoch kapitolách, teoretických skúma vlastnícke právo nielen ako celok, ale aj jeho jednotlivé časti a súvislosti sa s ním spájajúce. V tretej kapitole využíva metódu skúmania analýzu a štvrtou kapitolou uzatvára analýzu, vyhodnocuje a sumarizuje zistené závery spolu z odporúčaniami pre podnikateľskú prax.
