Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zvládáním stresu u perioperačních sester. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku stresu, přiblížení konceptu sense of coherence a některých metod zvládání stresu, dále definuje pojem perioperační sestra. Průzkumná část práce se zabývá samotným průzkumným šetřením prostřednictvím standardizovaného dotazníku konceptu sense of coherence (Dotazník A - SOC-29) a doplňujícího dotazníku (Dotazník B - Projevy azvládání stresu), včetně zhodnocení jejich výsledků. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak jsou vnitřně odolné studentky Perioperační péče a Perioperační péče v gynekologii a porodnictví vůči stresu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with stress management for perioperative nurses. The theoretical part is focused on the general characteristics of stress, a description of the concept of the sense of coherence and stress-coping methods, and shares the definition of perioperative nurse too. The analytical part of this thesis deals with the exploratory survey itself through a standardized questionnaire of the concept of the sense of coherence (Questionnaire A - SOC-29) and a supplementary questionnaire (Questionnaire B - Projects and stress management), including evaluation of their results. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to determine how internally resistant students of Perioperative Care and Perioperative Care in Gynecology and Obstetrics are able to cope with stress.
