Abstract:
Obsahem práce je výklad smlouvy o dílo v obchodněprávním režimu se zvláštním zohledněním ceny a víceprací. Autorka se snaží uvádět příklady ze své praxe v projekční činnosti ve stavebnictví a navrhnout vhodná řešení kritických bodů právní úpravy de lege ferenda. Práce je členěna v souladu s právní úpravou se zaměřením na praktické řešení problémů, které se ve stavebnictví objevují.

In this work I deal with description and explanation of the regulation of contract for work in the Czech Commercial Code. The Commerce Code is the basic source of the private law in the Czech Republic. I concentrated regulations regarding price and extra work required very often in Civil Engineering.
