Abstract:

Relevantnost práce je dána skutečností, že oblast zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti je nesmírně důležitou a mnohostrannou oblastí hospodářského, sociálního a společensko-politického života. Neustálá a rozsáhlá regulace zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti, která v Kazachstánu existuje, určuje řadu trendů v této oblasti, zejména ovlivňuje mobilitu pracovní síly, rozsah a dynamiku nezaměstnanosti a ukazatele zaměstnanosti. Nezaměstnanost není jen nedostatek práce, je to také sociální katastrofa, která má na lidi mocný a destruktivní dopad. Studium problému zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti a hledání způsobů jejich řešení je proto v současné fázi nejen důležité, ale také velmi naléhavé.

Abstract:

The relevance of the thesis is due to the fact that the sphere of employment and unemployment is an extremely important and multifaceted area of economic, social and socio-political life. The constant and large-scale regulation of employment and unemployment that exists in Kazakhstan determines many trends in this area, in particular, it affects the mobility of the labor force, the scale and dynamics of unemployment and employment indicators. Unemployment is not just a lack of work, it is also a social catastrophe that has a powerful and destructive impact on people. Therefore, the study of the problem of employment and unemployment and the search for ways to solve them is not only important, but also a very urgent issue at the present stage.
