Rationalization of Assembly Lines
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá racionalizací montážní linky. Teoretická část obsahuje úvod do problematiky štíhlé výroby a metod průmyslového inženýrství. Dále obsahuje postup projektování montážní linky. Praktická část popisuje stanovení taktu linky a proces balancování linky. Dále popisuje standardizaci práce na lince a obsahuje vytvořenou návodku k montáži zadního zavěšení kola.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on rationalization of an assembly line. Theoretical part includes introduction to the problematics of lean production and methods of industrial engineering. Then it includes sequence of assembly line projecting. Practical part describes determinating of takt time and the process of balancing of an assembly line.
