Possibilities of separation and determination of important food industry compounds. Determination of jasmonic acid.
Abstract:
V této práci jsem se zabývala analýzou kyseliny jasmonové a potravinářsky váznamných látek (kyselina ferulová , kyselina vanilová, kyselina p-kumarová a kyselina kávová). Jako separační technika byla použita kapilární zónová elektroforéza s UV-VIS detekcí s diodovým polem.
Abstract:
In this thesis I dealt with analysis of jasmonic acid and important food industry compounds (ferulic acid, vanillic acid, p-coumaric acid and caffeic acid). Cappilary zone electrophoresis was used, detection was UV-VIS with diode array.
