Factors of motivation and their influence on employees from company XY

Abstract:

Kouřil F. Motivační faktory a jejich vliv na zaměstnance firmy XY. Bakalářskápráce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, fakulta provozně ekonomická, 2019.Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací a faktory na ni působícími ve vybrané firmě,která se zabývá prodejem hraček a kancelářských potřeb. Jsou definovány základnípojmy týkající se oblasti motivace a popsány teorie motivace dle jednotlivých autorů.Dále byl proveden vlastní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření, jež mělo za cílzjistit aktuální stav motivačních faktorů, které na zaměstnance ve firmě působí. Byltaké proveden rozhovor s majitelem společnosti, jenž poskytl informaceo aktuálním stavu motivačního systému firmy. Na základě výsledků bylo vypracovánodoporučení pro firmu, v němž jsou uvedeny problémové oblasti a navrhnutymožné způsoby řešení i s přibližným odhadem nákladů, pokud bylo možné odhadstanovit.

Kouřil F. Factors of motivation and their influence on employees from companyXY. Bachelor´ s thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, Faculty of Business andEducation, 2019. Bachelor´ s thesis specializes in the field of motivation and influencingfactors in the above-mentioned company, which is selling children´ s toysand office supplies. There are defined basic terms from the field of motivation, andtheories of motivation by individual authors are described. Furthermore, researchwas conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey, which aimed to determinethe curent state of motivation factors that affect employees in the company. Aninterview was also made with the company owner, who provided information onthe curent status of company´s motivation system. Based on the resultsa recommendation for the company was created, there are listed problematic areaswith possible solutions and if possible, approximated cost estimates.
