Abstract:
Absolventská práce „Dědické právo a důrazem na nepominutelného dědice a vydědění“ se zabývá zjištěním znalosti daného tématu u občanů České republiky. Teoretická část práce představuje vznik a zakotvení dědického práva v Občanském zákoníku. V praktické části se zabývá načerpanými informacemi od jednotlivých respondentů. Cílem práce je odhalení povědomí o nepominutém dědici a vydědění.
Abstract:
The graduate thesis „Inheritance law and the emphasis on the forced heir/non-nominal heir and disinheritance“ deals with findoing out the knowldge of the given topic among the citizens of the Czech Republic.
