Reconstruction and loft apartments in the existing building at the level of project for building permission.
Abstract:
Má bakalářská práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí a půdní vestavbou bytu. Jejím předmětem je zpracování výkresové a textové dokumentace. Výkresová část je zpracována v Autocadu 2016. Spotřeba tepla je spočítána v programu Protech. Objekt se nachází v centrální části obce a je navržen jako vícegenerační. A proto je nutné navrhnout řadu opatření pro vhodné klima a komfort obyvatel tohoto domu.
Abstract:
My bachelor deals with the reconstruction and lof. Its subject is a process of drawing and text documentation. The drawings are processed in Autocad 2016. The heat consumption is calculated in the program Protech. The building is located in the central part of the village and is designed as a multigenerational.
