Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis typů polovodičových laserů, jejich vlastností a parametrů a dále na způsoby řízení jejich optického výkonu. Práce také obsahuje přehled a popis některých konkrétních integrovaných řídicích obvodů.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis presents the types of semiconductor lasers, its attributes and parameters and methods of driving their optical power output. The bachelor thesis also includes overview and description of some concrete laser diode drivers.
