Business plan for start-up of a fast food pizzeria

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na projekt založení pizzerie. Cílem bakalářské práce je provést marketingový výzkum v určité lokalitě Prahy a na jeho základě vypracovat podnikatelský plán pro pizzerie ve stylu fastfood. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, spojené s tématem práce. V analytické části jsem provedla marketingový výzkum a popsala konkurenční podniky. Dále analytická část se věnuje samotnému podnikatelskému plánu. Práce je zakončena celkovým shrnutím všech poznatků.

Abstract:

The bachelor’s dissertation is focused on the project of creating a pizzeria. The aim of the bachelor’s dissertation is to conduct marketing research in a certain location of Prague and to develop a business plan for fast food pizzeria. The theoretical part defines the basic terms connected with the topic of work. In the analytical part, I conducted marketing research and described competing businesses, which are important information for setting up a business plan. The analytical part also deals with the business plan itself. The work is completed with an overall summary of all the knowledge.
