Tématem teoretické části této bakalářská práce jsou komparativní metody oceňování nemovitostí. Nejdříve jsou uvedeny jednotlivé druhy metod spolu s metodikou výpočtu. Následně jsou provedeny vzorové výpočty uvedenými metodami a posouzeny jednotlivé konstrukce výpočtu. V praktické části jsou vypracována dvě ocenění na tržních principech. This Bachelor’s thesis consists of three parts. First part of my thesis is theoretical and it is focused on comparative methods in real estate valuation.
