Podstatou této bakalářské práce je vysvětlení základních pojmů týkajících se pracovněprávních vztahů, přiblížení oblasti odměňování, motivace obecně a její vliv na výkon zaměstnanců a v neposlední řadě specifikace metod řízení zaměstnanců.
