Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je implementácia knižnice v programovacom jazyku Python pre európske biobanky, ktorá im pomôže ľahko transformovať informácie z klinických údajov do štandardu FHIR. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis aims to implement a Python library for European biobanks to help them easily transform information of clinical data into the FHIR standard.
