Information security management in the governmental organization

Anotace:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu regulatorních požadavků na organizaci státní správy v České republice v oblasti řízení bezpečnosti informací a kybernetické bezpečnosti. V první části práce je vedle teoretického základu řízení bezpečnosti informací a kybernetické bezpečnosti analyzován regulatorní rámec zákona o kybernetické bezpečnosti, tedy to, na jaké skupiny organizací dopadá a požadavky, které na takové organizace klade. Následně je provedena analýza shody konkrétní organizace – organizační složky státu s požadavky zákona o kybernetické bezpečnosti a jsou představeny návrhy na dosažení shody nebo zlepšení stávající situace.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of regulatory requirements for the organization of state administration in the Czech Republic in the field of information security management and cyber security. In the first part of the work, in addition to the theoretical basis of information security management and cyber security, the regulatory framework of the Act on Cybersecurity is analyzed, ie which group of the organization it affects and which they place on another organization. Subsequently, an analysis of the compliance of a organization – organizational unit of the state with the requirements of the Act on Cybersecurity - is performed and proposals are presented based on compliance or improvement of the current situation.
