Předkládaná práce „Pravomoc Evropské unie ve vnějších vztazích“ si klade za cíl zhodnotit v oblasti pravomocí EU ve vnějších vztazích novou právní úpravu přinesenou Lisabonskou smlouvou platnou od 1. prosince 2009, jejíž snahou bylo ujasnění a zpřehlednění situace v této oblasti. Presented thesis „ The Competence of European Union in External Relations“ aims to describe the changes that have occurred in the competency of the EU in the external relations following the Lisbon Treaty becoming valid on the 1st of December 2009.
