Abstract:

Táto práca predstavuje prototyp aplikácie rozšírenej reality (z angl. Augmented Reality - AR) pre inteligentné okuliare, ktorá by mala pomôcť pilotom v ultraľahkých lietadlách. Načrtáva súčasné vizualizačné techniky vo vnútri ultraľahkých lietadiel a popisuje výhody použitia AR ako alternatívy k týmto technikám. Definuje špecifikácie a limity inteligentných okuliarov použitých v tejto práci a ich vplyv na vývoj aplikácie. Hlavná časť obsahuje popis vytvorenej aplikácie a ukazuje jej dizajn. Záver tejto práce predstavuje problémy, ktoré je potrebné vyriešiť skôr, ako budú môcť piloti spoľahlivo používať aplikáciu a stavia základy pre budúci vývoj v tejto oblasti.

Abstract:

This thesis presents a prototype augmented reality (AR) application for smart glasses that should help pilots in an ultralight aircraft. It outlines the current visualization techniques inside an ultralight aircraft and presents the advantages of using AR as an alternative to these techniques. It defines the specifications and limits of the smart glasses used in this thesis and how they affected the application development. The central part contains the description of the application created and shows the finished design. Finally, it presents the issues that need to be solved before the pilots could reliably use the application and lays the path for future development in this area.
