Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá národní kulturou a její homogenitou. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část zahrnuje základní terminologii, která se vztahuje k danému tématu. Jsou zde uvedeny základní charakteristiky kultury a hlavně Hofstedeho kulturní dimenze. V rámci metodologické části je nastíněna technika, která sloužila ke sběru potřebných dat. Pro účely této práce bylo zvoleno dotazníkové šetření. Praktická část je rozdělena na dvě části. Nejprve je zaměřena na zkoumání dimenzí v kraji Vysočina a druhou částí jsou tři věkové kategorie v rámci zkoumání dimenzí kultury. Výsledky jsou následně srovnávány.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with national culture and her homogeneity. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part includes basic terminology that relates to the topic. The basic characteristics of culture and especially Hofstede's cultural dimension are presented here. Within the framework of methodological part implicates the technique that was used to collect the necessary data. For the purposes of this work, a questionnaire survey was chosen. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first, it targeted on the study of dimensions in the Vysočina region and the second part is three age categories within the study of cultural dimensions. The results are then compared.
