Vypracovala jsem práci zabývající se náklady řízení podle platné zákonné legislativy. Dále se zaměřuje na problematiku jejich náhrady. I wrote out this thesis focuses on cost of proceedings on the basis of actual valid statutory legislation. Furthermore this thesis focuses on issues of legislation substitution.
