Abstract:
Předmětem a smyslem této diplomové práce je představit, vymezit a kriticky zhodnotit elektronický platební rozkaz, jako nový institut českého právního řádu, a to jak z úhlu čistě legislativního, tak z pohledu právní teorie.
Abstract:
The subject and aim of this thesis is to present electronic payment order as a rather new institute in the Czech legal system, and, at the same time, to systematically distinguish and define such institute both in a purely legislative and legal-theoretical points of view.
