Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématy síťové analýzy a štíhlé výroby a jejich vzájemným propojením. Zprvu jsou popsány termíny, jež popisují sítě a grafy, jako např. co je to graf, síť a další. Následující část má za úkol prvky použít k síťové analýze, její metody CPM a PERT a jejich výpočet. This bachelor thesis deals with the topics of social netwotk and lean management ant their connection. At the first, there are determined terms like e.g. what is the graph, network and others.
