Information Duties in Collective Investments
Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje problematice informační povinnosti u kolektivního investování. Rozděluje tyto povinnosti subjektů kolektivního investování jak vůči ČNB, tak také vůči akcionářům, investorům a veřejnosti. Abstract:
This thesis is dedicated to the repoting of information duties in collective investments. It devides this duties of subjects in collective investments to the CNB, shareholders, investors and the public.
