Směnečné právo je v různých právních kulturách ovlivněno rozličnými tendencemi a je zajímavé srovnat si tyto různé úpravy. Cílem práce je tedy provést analýzu právní úpravy směnečných náležitostí v České republice, Anglii a Spojených státech amerických a následně provést jejich komparaci. Bill of exchange law is in different legal cultures influenced by varied tendencies, and it is intriguing to compare those legal basis. The aim of the thesis is to analyze legal basis of essentials of bill of exchange in Czech republic, England and United states of America and consequently compare them.
